How Commissions Work at YRL
Real estate agents at YRL (like most companies) are independent contractors whose income is set by their own volume of sales. Take a simplified example: if you earn 3% on one side of a transaction and close consistent volume, your annual income is truly a reflection of your effort — not an arbitrary salary cap.
At YRL, agents pay a portion of their commission to the brokerage until they reach the annual cap. Once you hit the cap, you pay zero to YRL until the new year starts. No monthly fees eating into your earnings in the meantime. No surprise deductions. Just a simple, transparent structure that rewards production.
